Collection and Use of Information
We respect your privacy. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, such as when you provide email contact information to subscribe to the M&A Analyst email list newsletter, send feedback to M&A Analyst, register for one of M&A Analyst’s courses or respond to a survey. If you voluntarily provide your email address or other contact information, we might also use it to inform you of changes to M&A Analyst, to survey you about your use or opinion of M&A Analyst, or to ask for your support. At your request, we will remove your contact information from our files.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
We may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
